If an item is received damaged, you will be entitled to return it for an exchange. Return postage will be refunded.
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days. A full refund will be given. Return postage will not be refunded.
The quality of bespoke gifts and illustrations will be agreed via pictures and video prior to delivery. Due to the nature of the service, no refunds or exchanges will be available.For customers in the United Kingdom, shipping is free. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class to be delivered in 2-3 days.
International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard to be delivered in 6-7 days. Shipping is charged as per weights listed below:
